The programs are designed to assist youth with the skills, knowledge and resources they need to become self-sufficient.

Licensed Social Workers, former foster care adults and other specialist partner to provide the following case management services to youth ages 20-25:

· Life Skills/Relationship Building

· Job Skills/Vocational Training

· Substance Abuse Counseling

· Mental Health Counseling

· Housing/Income Sustainability

· Family Ties/ Community Involvement

· Peer to Peer Counseling

· Seasonal Services—Holiday Baskets, Utility Assistance, etc.

Licensed Social Workers, Youth Support Workers, Life Skills Coaches, Academic/Vocational Specialist, and Housing Specialist partner with the child welfare agencies to provide case management to youth ages 18-21 in a least restrictive model:

· Intensive Life Skills/Social Skills Development

· Parenting Classes

· Housing Placement and Maintenance Skills

· Tutoring and GED Preparation.

· Mental/Medical/Substance Abuse Assistance

· Family Group Conferencing

· Monthly Stipends to learn money management

· Cultural/Recreational Activities
